OTTO'S GERMAN BISTRO

Otto's German Bistro opened in July 2013, introducing farm-to-table German cuisine to the Texas Hill Country. We are dedicated to sourcing from local, independent farms and ranches as well as artisan producers from near and far. Our beverage program reflects our love for German and Austrian wines, craft beers, and creative cocktails.

Our culinary team creates a seasonally focused menu made up of modern interpretations of traditional German and Austrian cuisine. We aim to provide our guests with a convivial setting in which to enjoy a thoughtfully composed dining experience served by a team of dedicated, detail-oriented staff.

CALICHE COFFEE & ROASTERY

We founded Caliche Coffee on the need for great, locally sourced seed-to-cup offerings in the Texas Hill Country. Fredericksburg is our home and we wanted to bring world-class brewing and service to our local neighborhood and community.

Everything is roasted here by our team. 

We pride ourselves on sourcing high-quality green arabica beans from around the world. Caliche is a cultural and culinary hub for Fredericksburg locals. Our courtyard and inviting deck are a common ground for travelers and locals alike. We are a local watering hole and are proud to uphold a Gillespie County tradition of spending time on the porch drinking coffee and chatting with our neighbors.
